It isn't. I just checked my ESCI #3046, the basic 190E stock sedan. The good news is that it does have an engine, and a separate radiator bulkhead. The bad news: if you want to show that engine off, you'll have to cut out the hood yourself. That was an ESCI peculiarity, their Mercedes 450 kits are the same way.

Yeah, the M3 has the name behind it, but I haven't heard a bad thing about the 190E ever, and both have pretty strong motorsports heritage. Might not be a bad time to pick one up This is because a competition cam causes a very lumpy idle, and makes the car more prone to stall or jerk along in stop start traffic, sadly though many ignore this and end up ruining a perfectly good car and having to revert back to a fast road, or OEM cam profile. Each engine responds better to more or less aggressive cam durations than others.
With thousands of second hand cars for sale overall, big price reductions and an aggressive approach to only making the highest quality autos available, it's by far the best place to pick up a really good deal.
